Restoration Parameters
Also called Deconvolution Parameters in the Huygens Software, the Restoration Parameters are those necessary for Doing Deconvolution, together with the Microscopic Parameters that describe the image.
Most general
- Restoration Method
- Point Spread Function image (if not provided, a theoretical PSF will be used instead based on the Microscopic Parameters).
Background
Iterations control
- Maximum number of iterations
- Signal To Noise Ratio
- Quality Change Threshold
- Iteration Mode
- Bleaching correction
- Brick layout
For scripts
A typical example for a two-channel image could be:

Background Mode </td><td> Manual
Background Per Channel </td><td> { 900 2400 }
Bleaching Mode </td><td> Off
Brick layout </td><td> Auto
Quality Change Threshold </td><td> 0.003
Max Num Of Iterations </td><td> 80
Iteration Mode </td><td> Fast
Padding Mode </td><td> auto
