Restoration method

The restoration method is the algorithm used by the Huygens Software to restore the image by Doing Deconvolution .

The available ones in Huygens Professional are:

• Classic Maximum Likelihood Estimation (CMLE)
• Iterative Maximum Likelihood Estimation
• Quick Maximum Likelihood Estimation (QMLE)
• Iterative Constrained Tikhonov Miller
• Quick Tikhonov Miller

The available ones in the Huygens Remote Manager are:

• Classic Maximum Likelihood Estimation (CMLE)
• Quick Maximum Likelihood Estimation (QMLE)

Huygens Essential wizard currently uses the first one, valid for all general cases, but the QMLE is also available through the Batch Processor .
