How to save the image data?
Among the available File Formats the Huygens Software can handle, only the HDF5 format save all the Microscopic Parameters together with the image. The other writing formats are more intended for exchanging data with other programs, specially for visualization purposes.
To save a PSF after a Psf Distiller run HDF5 is the only format available, because the file needs to contain all the microscopic information.
