When I start the Huygens by double-clicking the asteriks flashes but nothing happens for a long time.
When I start it from the console I get the following error:
You need to install the 32-bit viewkit libraries on your system. Solution:
- Put the Irix distribution CD in the CDROM drive and start the SoftwareManager.
- Look for the ViewKit_eoe item, and open it by clicking on the small 'closed directory' icon at the beginning of the line. You will see an item 'ViewKit_eoe.sw32.base'. Mark it for installation. - Similarly go to the 'inventor_eoe' item and open it. Mark the 'inventor_eoe.sw32.lib' for installation. If it has status 'Not installed' mark it for installation.
- Likewise look for the 'eoe' item, open it and look for 'eoe.sw32.gfx'. If it has status 'Not installed' mark it for installation.
- Press the Start button to install the libraries.

Tip: if you have trouble finding these items go to the 'Selected' menu and select 'Find'.
