With the recent Huygens 4.0 a lot of new functionalities are available for Huygens customers with active licenses. You'll see a brand new interface for the Huygens Essential with a fully renewed deconvolution wizard automatically checking all the information in your data ensuring an even better result than before. Next to the automatic, on the fly PSF a fully renewed PSF distiller is available to get you also a measured PSF in less than a minute. (external link)With the 4.0 version you can switch between the 3.7 and the 4.0 in case some users are in the middle of their experiment and prefer to use their known routines to finish that particular project. So when you restart the 4.0 you will get the choice whether you want to use the 3.7 or the 4.0. After you've made your choice you can reverse that choice any time via Edit -> Preferences.
