Which Huygens optical option is best for the Perkin Elmer Ultra View?
The Perkin Elmer Ultra View is a Yokagawa disc so should I use the Nipkow Disk option or Confocal?
The Yokagawa disc is always a Nipkow disc. You must choose the Huygens option for Nipkow disc microscopes.
