Huygens Pro on my SGI runs out of memory. How can I solve this?
Huygens Professional reports that it can't continue because it has run out of memory. A typical error message is: failed to allocate 135 Mbytes of memory; Failed to allocate heap memory.
First of all you should avoid having large images loaded which are not immediately necessary. Secondly, it is better to shut off the undo/redo system in the case you are near the system's memory resource limits.
Secondly, it might be that your system's limits are a bit too tight. See the FAQ item 'How to tune memory management on 64-bit Irix?'.
Lastly, it might be that you are still running a 32bit executable. To check this type: <br>

You should get: <br>
