Equalize flux
This image restoration function available in the Huygens Professional is intended to correct Bleaching Effects and Illumination Instability in images from Wide Field Microscopes by inspecting the image. Automatic bleaching correction also works with confocal Time Series.
You can always use this function to apply a manual correction when an automatic inspection is not possible: if you can determine the gain that must be applied to the latest plane in comparison to the first on, you can use the
eqflux in manual mode, specify a gain value, and an exponential intensity correction will be applied accordingly.Function syntax in
