SVI will give a presentation on how to get the best out of your microscopical images using the Huygens software. The presentation wil focus on deconvolution and imaging pitfalls.
The afternoon is reserved for a workshop on the Huygens Remote Manager and Huygens Core.

headquarters in Hilversum (The Netherlands)

Huygens SVI present at the FOM


Huygens_ Scientific Volume Imaging will be present at the annual Focus On Microscopy meeting at which many new exiting techniques in microscopy will be launched both by scientists and industry.

The program is as always dedicated to the latest developments in microscopy techniques so SVI is happy to announce its new HUYGENS STED Option which brings the resolution of this high resolution microscope even further with increases up to ten times.

Situated at the Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition centre and supported by the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the Centre of Bioimaging Sciences (CBIS), and the Mechanobiology Institute (MBI) it promises to become again an highly interesting event.

Huygens at Warwick microscopy meeting plus Huygens Workshop


SVI will be present at the Joint meeting of the British Societies for Cell and Developmental Biology and the Japanese Society for Developmental Biologists. The conference is at the University of Warwick from Sunday 15th April to Wednesday 18th April, 2012.

You can visit our stand at the exhibition, and join the Tuesday Lunchtime Workshop about improving, visualizing and analyzing microscopical images with the Huygens software.

SVI Team present at ELMI conference in Leuven Belgium

Huygens SVI at the ELMI in Leuven Belgium


The SVI imaging specialists will be giving workshops at their booth during the ELMI meeting in Leuven in June 2012,

Focussing especially on all types of light microscopy the ELMI is the meeting point for many scientists and facility managers who are running high end facilities for the life sciences and want to offer their users the latest insights and products in the field.

Also here at the ELMI hands-on workshops will be given for the Huygens software and its latest developments concerning the Huygens STED solution.

Huygens Course September 20 until 22 of September 2012, Hilversum, NL

Three-day Huygens imaging course September 22-22, 2012 at SVI headquarters


SVI organizes again the advanced Huygens course at its Hilversum NL office. During two days the participants will be trained in the fineries of the Huygens software also obtaining a solid background in the optics and physics underlying the deconvolution and analysis processes.

For those participants especially interested in learning more about Scripting for high throughput data deconvolution and analysis there will be an optional third day specifically dedicated to that part. For Huygens users who participated before in a Huygens course it's possible to subscribe solely for this Scripting day after consultation with the SVI staff.
