Huygens Remote Manager Demo Server
The Huygens Remote Manager (HRM
) is intended for centralizing computational resources for the 3D deconvolution of images from wide-field, confocal or scanning-disk fluorescent microscopes. HRM can be used with any recent web browser. To explore the HRM demo installation click on the image below:The open-source HRM works together with Huygens Core. This online solution is ideal to process deconvolution jobs of larger groups of users through the web interface by putting deconvolution jobs in queues. When a deconvolution job finishes, an email is sent to the job owner informing that the restored datasets are available.
The results can be explored via the web browser before downloading the files, to compare them with the raw images and control the quality of the restoration.
